O.K. - So my flat is almost ready. Carpets have been ordered and should be here within two to three weeks so I'm looking at October 1st as my moving in date. Had a good time celebrating my birthday on the third and have a few photos to put up in the future.

I've become an uncle since my last update the twins (Chloe and Charlotte) were born on 24th May and will be heading back from Estepona with Caz and Carl later this month
